About the Event
Winter is when the sap runs, and we invite you to visit the Oregon Maple Project (OMP) to learn about this fascinating process. Groups tour our maple sugaring operation, taste Bigleaf syrup, and hike through the forest near our sugar shack.

Maximum group size is 30 humans (including adult leaders). OMP staffs each field trip with one maple educator. If your group is larger, please get in touch with us at info@oregonmapleproject.org to discuss options for visiting.
