Volunteers
Our sugaring operation is run by a small, dedicated staff in collaboration with a generous group of volunteers, who work together from November through March. We count on community members of all ages to help us with every maple job imaginable, including tapping, trail maintenance, sap collection, construction, cleaning, boiling, teaching, hosting events, and of course, tasting Bigleaf Maple syrup. We love working in the woods together, honoring our native maples.
