Educator Workshops

Are you seeking experiential learning opportunities for your students? Visit the Oregon Maple Project at Camp Colton to discover how students of all ages can participate in making maple syrup from native Bigleaf Maple trees. Learn about the history, science, mathematics, and mythology of sugaring and envision interdisciplinary curriculum for your classroom. The Oregon Maple Project works closely with educators, designing lessons, visiting schools, and hosting field trips. Find out how you and your students can get involved in Pacific Northwest maple sugaring!

We have concluded our workshops for the 2022-23 sugaring season. Please check back in early fall for next season's schedule. In the meantime, come learn with us at Oregon's first Bigleaf Maple Festival
